How do we get better teachers?

When I read the artikel in the Huffing ton post about ‘ how do we get better teachers’. The answer was  ‘Let them blog’.  Blogging is a daily/weekly reflection.  So  I decided to start this blog. ECDC  Education Canada Dutch Connection. I am a trainer/consultant in the education sector in the Netherlands and moved to Vancouver Canada. I am still working for Holland. My purpose is to make the connection between Canada and the Netherlands. At least I can try.
